NATIONAL LAMPOON RADIO HOUR, THE {REBROADCAST} (RADIO)
Summary
One in this series of hyperkinetic comedy programs comprised of dozens of fast paced sketches and song parodies. The theme of this show is the mock impeachment-night celebration for Richard M. Nixon. Skits include: coverage of the impeachment procedures by two reporters; a report on the parade and its many floats from various states in tribute to Nixon; a segment examining parts of Mrs. Spiro Agnew's diary; back at the parade, the reporters' closer look at the fashions of the crowd as well as those of the Nixon family; exclusive coverage of the select Senate committee on the presidential campaign activities; a spoof of the "Tonight Show" with a show called "Heeeeere's Jerry"; and the swearing out ceremony of Richard M. Nixon which makes the impeachment official. Includes commercials.
