UNDERDOG: THE BIG DIPPER {PARTS 3 AND 4} (TV)

Summary

One in this series of animated programs about the heroic pooch known as Underdog, whose secret alter ego is Shoeshine Boy, unbeknownst to ace television reporter Sweet Polly Purebred. In part three of "The Big Dipper," Simon Bar Sinister demonstrates his latest invention by drying up the Atlantic Ocean and trapping Underdog in mud. The evil scientist demands that everyone "do what Simon says" in exchange for water. In the "Go Go Gophers" cartoon entitled "Indian Treasure," Ruffled Feathers and Running Board create a phony map for Col. Kit Coyote to follow. In the "Klondike Kat" cartoon entitled "Who's a Pill," the feline tries to feed a hypnosis pill to fiesty French mouse Savoir Faire. And in "The World of Commander McBragg" cartoon entitled "The Orient Express," McBragg explains how he outwitted the Secret Service upon leaving Istanbul. In part four of "The Big Dipper," Underdog escapes the mudpit using a secret weapon. And, holding the world's bodies of water hostage in small jars, Simon Bar Sinister tosses each container into the air, one by one. Commercials deleted.
