GIDGET: THE GREAT KAHUNA (TV)
Summary
One in this series about a California teenager named Frances Lawrence, nicknamed Gidget.
In this episode, Kahuna, the greatest surfer known to Gidget, arrives from Hawaii. Unfortunately, his former girlfriend also shows up on the California beach, hoping to get him to settle down with her. Attempting to get rid of her, Kahuna asks Gidget to do him a favor and pretend to be his new flame. After the mission is accomplished, Gidget decides that she would be just the girl to complement his free-spirited lifestyle. However, when she invites him over to her house for dinner, she is surprised to see him dressed in a suit and talking to her father about buying a house and settling down. Commercials deleted.
