CHEERS: SIMON SAYS (TV)
Summary
One in this comedy series about a group of regulars at a Boston bar. In this episode, when Dr. Simon Finch-Royce, an eminent marriage counselor, visits his old friend Frasier, Diane asks for a counseling session in order to lay a foundation for her impending marriage to Sam. After unsuccessfully attempting to foster honesty and mutual trust between them, the doctor tells them that their marriage is doomed. As a result, Diane becomes convinced that he is merely testing their resolve in the face of adversity, despite his assurances that his prognosis is accurate. Life becomes unbearable for the doctor when Diane repeatedly attempts to convince him to change his opinion. Commercials deleted.
