Summary
One in this dramatic anthology series. This film presents a portrait of a group of gay New Yorkers whose lives are changed forever by the ravaging effects of the AIDS epidemic.
The story begins in 1981, when the stunned gay community receives the first media reports about AIDS, and follows a group of friends and their acquaintances as they battle a decade of loss and rage. The drama graphically explores the struggles endured by those with the disease as they attempt to uphold their dignity, and reveals the love and devotion of others who must nurse and watch over ailing friends and lovers during their final days.
