KOJAK: THE BEST WAR IN TOWN (TV)
Summary
One in this series of police dramas about the cases of Lt. Theo Kojak and the detectives of the Manhattan South Precinct. In this program, a young police officer witnesses an attempted murder on his way to work. The murder is only one part of a larger war between rival gangs, which Kojak must figure out and stop. He uses his diplomatic skills to influence and strategically manipulate each leader, but he soon discovers that the real leader behind the war is not from his district. Commercials deleted. This tape contains minor technical problems. This represents the best copy of this program currently available to the Museum.
(This series also aired on ABC from 1989 to 1990 as a recurring segment on "The ABC Saturday Mystery Movie.")
