Summary

One in this series of comedy programs about the men and women of the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (M*A*S*H) stationed behind the lines during the Korean War. In this episode, the M*A*S*H unit is besieged by problems in the operating room when the patients outnumber the doctors, the injuries are severe, medical supplies are scarce, and the poor working conditions are further complicated by generator failure and fire. The medical personnel must use ingenuity to overcome these obstacles and save as many patients as possible. This episode is broadcast without background laughter. Commercials deleted.
