M*A*S*H {MASH}: POST OP (TV)
Summary
One in this series of comedy programs about the men and women of the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (M*A*S*H) stationed behind the lines during the Korean War. In this episode, an exhausting eighteen-hour marathon of incoming patients is compounded by a blood shortage. Potter tries in vain to get an additional supply from headquarters, as staff members give their own blood to keep the hospital in business. Meanwhile, post-op patients tell their stories to the doctors and nurses; Hawkeye is reacquainted with a young corporal named Moody who has turned his life around since they last met; a reluctant Burns is forced to give blood; and a Turkish unit comes to the rescue with blood donors at the last moment.
