M*A*S*H {MASH}: HEY, DOC (TV)

Summary

One in this series of comedy programs about the men and women of the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (M*A*S*H) stationed behind the lines during the Korean War. In this episode, Sgt. Kimble, a poker buddy of Pierce and Hunnicutt, is about to be shipped home on a plane. Having acquired various items in Korea, he wishes to commute home on a boat where there will be room for his belongings. In order to get his travel plans officially altered, Kimble needs a document signed by three doctors stating that he has a medical condition that prevents him from flying on a plane. Hawkeye and B.J. are more than willing to help him, but Maj. Burns refuses to sign. Meanwhile, snipers are firing at the camp. In order to scare them away, Hawkeye gets a tank from a colonel he recently treated for an extremely confidential condition. Things seem to quiet down until Burns tries to prove his military skills to Houlihan by driving the tank through the compound. Commercials deleted.

Cataloging of this program was made possible by Alan Alda.
