Summary
One in this series of dramas about a Los Angeles newspaper, its staff, and city editor Lou Grant. In this episode, Lou befriends a retired hat maker (Jack Gilford) who longs to work again, and Billie goes undercover as an employee at a nursing home to investigate shocking stories of neglected patients. Commercials deleted.
