MIAMI VICE: HEART OF DARKNESS (TV)
Summary
One in this series of police dramas concerning Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs, undercover detectives for the Miami vice squad. In this episode, Crockett and Tubbs go undercover as buyers of adult movies in order to break up a porno ring. Complications ensue when an underage actress in one of the films turns up murdered and the detectives discover that Artie, one of their contacts, is an undercover FBI agent believed to have "gone over to the other side." As Crockett and Tubbs attempt to determine which side Artie is on, they must deal with his unstable and unreliable behavior. When a sting operation goes awry, exposing Crockett and Tubbs, the head of the porno ring orders Artie to shoot them, forcing Artie's hand at last. Commercials deleted.
