Summary

A comedy special featuring stand-up comedian Billy Crystal. In this special, Crystal and director Martin Di Bergi, played by Rob Reiner, sit down to go over Crystal's recent comedy special. As they talk about the special, clips are shown of the post-telecast party at the house of producer Morty Arnold (played by Eugene Levy). Among the guests are entertainer Sammy Davis, Jr., comedian Buddy Young, Jr., (both played by Crystal), choreographer Chip Dimentebella (played by Christopher Guest), and the existential sit-down comic Brother Theodore (played by himself). Crystal believes the party was a disaster, while Di Bergi raves about it. To prove that Crystal is wrong, he shows the highlights of the party that have never been seen before. These include: the arrival of Buddy Young, Jr.; Brother Theodore discussing his view of rats; Dimentebella and Sammy Davis, Jr., trying to work out a dance number; and Sammy Davis, Jr.'s, short-lived film role in the production of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest."
