Summary
One in this daytime serial about the lives and loves of the residents of Pine Valley, Pennsylvania. This episode includes the following plot developments: Palmer tries to seduce Cynthia, but she claims to be opposed to premarital sex and asks the startled millionaire what his intentions are; Yvonne becomes angry when her manager Jesse interferes with her personal life -- namely her interest in Eugene; Nina asks Cliff for help getting the manipulative Cynthia out of Palmer's life; Brooke is befriended in jail by an inmate named Fran, who later protects Brooke when a bullying prisoner tries to attack her; Nina visits Palmer and tries to convince him to go back to Daisy; Brooke's lawyer tells Mark there is no way for Brooke to appeal her sentence because she refused to assist the grand jury and is in contempt of court; Cliff implores Ross to convince Palmer that Andrew is not Palmer's grandson; Cynthia asks Andrew to put on one more performance to help her reel-in Palmer; Jesse and Eugene agree to bury the hatchet; Ross's visit to Palmer backfires; and Fran reports to Jake that she will soon have the information he wants from Brooke.
