GRACE UNDER FIRE: MEMPHIS BOUND (TV)
Summary
One in this comedy series about Grace Kelly, a Southern woman in her thirties struggling to support her three children by herself after her divorce from an alcoholic, abusive husband. In this episode, Grace learns that her little sister Evie is getting married and agrees to attend the wedding -- in Memphis. Grace plans to drag Faith along, and Russell joins them simply so he can visit Graceland, the home of Elvis Presley. On the way to Memphis, they stop at a diner, where Grace is approached by a mysterious man who says he knows Evie. Meanwhile, during a tour of Graceland with Russell, Grace runs into the mysterious stranger again. That night, Grace finally meets her sister's fiancé, Steve, who eventually makes a pass at Grace. Although she knows she must tell Evie about the incident, she balks at the idea, considering their history of stealing men from one another. Nevertheless, Evie learns of Steve's behavior and calls off the wedding. Before leaving the church, Evie throws her bouquet, and Grace and Faith step out of the way simultaneously. However, the mysterious stranger steps in and hands it to Grace. Includes commercials and promos. This program is closed-captioned.
