Highlights of the act include: Barr shows off her singing voice with a medley of songs directed at men and women; jokes about her stay at the Betty Ford Clinic and the reasons she went through rehabilitation; discusses the gay lifestyle; stops her new material to return to the original jokes that gave her her start in comedy; and discourses the following topics: men and the sexual problems that are associated with them; the pros and cons of having a relationship with a younger man; the reasons she can't manage money or balance a checkbook; the differences between men and women's needs and what the two sexes want out of life; and getting older. To conclude the show, Barr makes a confession and delivers a very special message to funnyman Arsenio Hall.
