Summary
One in this series of talk/variety programs hosted by Jay Leno. Leno welcomes guests Barbara Bush, Cybill Shepherd, and Jack Coen. Highlights include: Leno's opening monologue; a sketch called "The Tonight Show's Most Wanted" which purports to scan the audience for miscreants (and features a cameo by actor Will Smith); an interview with First Lady Barbara Bush, who comments on her new book, "A Memoir," her almost fifty-year marriage to lame duck President George Bush, and how she feels about two of her sons entering politics. The First Lady then answers audience questions before receiving a visit from canine actor Eddie of the sitcom "Frasier." This interview is followed by a stand-up comedy routine by Jack Coen, who quips about politics, and "suicide doctor" Jack Kevorkian, and marriage. The program concludes with a segment featuring actress Cybill Shepherd, who comments on her current nightclub act, watches a commercial she made many years earlier, and sings "Mama's Cooking." Includes commercials and promos.
