STAR TREK: VOYAGER: FACES (TV)
Summary
One in this series of programs about the space adventures of the USS Voyager and its commander, Captain Kathryn Janeway in the twenty-fourth century. In this episode, Torres, Paris, and Durst are taken prisoners by a society of aliens that is slowly being wiped out by a disfiguring disease. Being too weak to work themselves, the aliens force their captives to perform manual labor. When the prisoners become physically worn out, they are killed for their organs, which are used to help sustain the lives of those infected by the disease. The aliens decide that Torres's Klingon D.N.A. may hold the key to a cure since Klingons are known for their strength. Therefore, the aliens split Torres's genetic construction in order to form two images of her: a full Klingon and a full human. From this experience, Torres learns the positive and negative attributes of each half of herself. Meanwhile, the crew of the Voyager attempts to devise a way to rescue the three prisoners. Commercials deleted.
