WELCOME BACK, KOTTER: FROG DAY AFTERNOON (TV)
Summary
One in this comedy series about high school teacher Gabe Kotter, who returns to his alma mater, James Buchanan High in Brooklyn, to teach a group of incorrigible students known as "Sweathogs." In this episode, Horshack is prepared to do whatever is necessary to save the frogs before they are dissected in biology class, so he hides them in his locker. Mr. Woodman promptly finds them, but he is sensitive to Horshack's desire to protect the frogs. But Ms. Garland, the biology teacher, is not as understanding and insists Horshack dissect the frog. When Horshack refuses to do the assignment for class, Ms. Garland threatens to fail him. Sticking to his decision, Horshack receives a failing grade. However, his friends stand by him and also take failing grades. Includes commercials and promos.
