Summary
The third season of this reality-based series about the exploits of eight strangers chosen by MTV to share rent-free lodging in San Francisco and to be followed around by camera crews for several months.
In this season finale, the following events occur: Judd discusses how the show will be over in a week; Cory talks Pedro, Pam, and Judd into taking a trip to Monterey and Carmel, but Jo and Rachel decline; Jo and Rachel go rollerblading while Mohammed continues working on his band's single and music video; Puck keeps leaving offensive answering machine messages at his former residence; Pedro and Rachel discuss their differences over lunch; Puck gets his driver's license back and returns to the loft to pick up his Virgin Mary statue from the garden; the roommates play a question-and-answer game reflecting on their "Real World" experience; and moving-out day arrives, with the roommates saying their goodbyes and looking toward the future. Before the credits roll, a graphic notes Pedro's death from AIDS. Commercials deleted.
