Summary
One in this series of comedies starring stand-up comedian Drew Carey as a single guy who attempts to juggle his romantic endeavors and his menial job at a Cleveland department store, while still maintaining his sense of humor. In this episode, employee evaluation day is drawing near and everyone is buttering up Drew except his secretary, Mimi, who is engaged in a practical-joke war with Drew. Mimi glimpses Drew's report on Lisa, in which he criticizes many of Lisa's managerial skills. Drew knows that if Lisa sees the evaluation it could ruin their relationship. However, when Lisa does see the evaluation, Drew surmises that Mimi is somehow responsible and vows to get back at her. As Lisa and Drew's relationship seems to be falling apart, Drew comes up with a brilliant idea how to make it work, and last. Includes commercials and promos. This program is closed-captioned.
