MR. BELVEDERE: THE THIEF (TV)
Summary
One in this series of comedies about the members of a Pittsburgh family and the cultured English housekeeper who takes care of them. In this episode, Heather and her friend Angela get jobs at a record store. When Heather discovers that her new boyfriend, Mark, is taking advantage of her by stealing records from the store, she must decide whether she will turn him in. Marsha is concerned about how Heather is doing in school since Heather has a new job and boyfriend to deal with. Meanwhile, George and Kevin keep themselves busy by doing long-neglected yard work. Mr. Belvedere teaches Wesley to play gin rummy, and resorts to cheating when Wesley hits a winning streak. At the end of the program, there is an "ABC News Brief" in which Ted Koppel announces the swearing in of Chief Justice William Rehnquist. Includes commercials, promos, and public service announcements. This program is closed-captioned.
