Summary
One in this long-running daytime serial, set in the midwestern town of Oakdale. In this episode, the following events occur: Hal and Roy ponder the district attorney's obsession with the murder case at hand; the Hughes family and their friends throw a surprise party for Nancy and Chris's fiftieth wedding anniversary; Frannie tells Kim that she feels she is blocking out details about the night of the murder; Brian gives Shannon an engagement ring; Lila attends the anniversary party with Caleb; and Meg becomes upset because she feels that no one in her family understands her needs. During this program, clips from earlier episodes are included in honor of Nancy and Chris's anniversary, and to commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of the television daytime serial, "As the World Turns." Includes a public service announcement.
