EZ STREETS: A TERRIBLE BEAUTY (TV)
Summary
One in this series of dramas about an intense, straight-arrow police officer, a psychotic and ruthless mafia boss, and a reformed ex-convict living parallel lives on opposite sides of the tracks. In this episode, Murtha kills a couple of rastafarian drug dealers who were being protected by Dugan. At the burial of Quinn's father, Conners hands Quinn an envelope which evidently contains money. When the body of the cop that Frenchie killed turns up, Quinn realizes that Internal Affairs may be after him when all the evidence is pieced together. Murtha decides that the best way for him and Dugan to resolve their business issues is through a face-to-face meeting. Meanwhile, Danny is still turning down Murtha's offers because he does not want to jeopardize his already shaky relationship with Elli. Quinn tells Theresa Conners that he will stop harassing Murtha when she finds the snitch who is linked to his partner's murder. In the meantime, Geary tells Quinn that he should hold on to the money that Conners gave him in order to truly look like a dirty cop. And when Danny comes back from the zoo with his daughter, he finds Elli overdosing on heroin. As the time for the meeting between Murtha and Dugan draws near, a car full of members from Murtha's gang is blown up by a rastafarian drug dealer. A shoot-out ensues, and Danny protects Murtha the only way he can. Also, Quinn finds Conners in an abandoned building and an issue from Quinn's past resurfaces. Ultimately, Quinn informs Geary that he has found a way to infiltrate Murtha's gang. Commercials deleted.
