Summary
The second of two episodes on this tape. One in this satirical soap opera series about Mary Hartman, a housewife from Fernwood, Ohio. In this episode, Mary writes in her journal about her love/hate relationship with Annie "Tippytoes" Wylie; Jack and Jill send Martha a blurry photograph of George being "beamed" aboard a hovering spacecraft; Cathy decides not to sell her baby to Brian and Christine Addams but finds out that it is too late to terminate her pregnancy; Grandpa offers to get a job to help support the child; Brian apologizes for his wife's behavior and begs Cathy to give them another chance; Wanda tells Mary that she has fallen in love with Merle Jeeter; and Tom thanks Mary for her help with his career and his growth as a person.
