Summary
The first of two episodes on this tape. One in this satirical soap opera series about Mary Hartman, a housewife from Fernwood, Ohio. In this episode, Tom reviews his financial situation; Cathy teaches Christine how to look and act pregnant; the women of Fernwood receive a questionnaire from the National Center of Sexual Activities; Garth comes home bearing Christmas presents -- a mop and bucket for Pat, and a "tinkle sheet" for Little Garth -- and berates Pat for her poor housekeeping and "cheap" taste in decorations; and Brian and Christine decide on a location for the delivery of Cathy's baby -- the Hartman home. Commercials deleted.
