Summary
The first of two episodes on this tape. One in this satirical soap opera series about Mary Hartman, a housewife from Fernwood, Ohio. In this episode, Charlie asks Loretta whether she is seriously worried about his friendship with Mac; Texas and Tiny discuss a plan to work slowly when Mr. Bales times them, but the plan is sabotaged by Mary; Martha expresses concern over Howie and Cathy's relationship; Lila behaves strangely; and, while doing laundry, Cathy loses her baby. Commercials deleted.
