MARY TYLER MOORE SHOW, THE: DIDN'T YOU USED TO BE ... WAIT ... DON'T TELL ME! (TV)

Summary

One in this comedy series about Mary Richards, a single career woman working in a television newsroom. In this episode, Mary learns that her high school is celebrating its fiftieth anniversary and decides to go to the reunion. Rhoda tags along in the hope of meeting an eligible man, but both she and Mary are disappointed. The small turnout from Mary's class includes the class secretary, who harps on Mary's single status, and Mary's nerdy admirer Howard, who repeats his frequent proposals of marriage. Mary perks up when she learns she is to receive an award -- but that, too, proves anticlimactic. Commercials deleted.
