EVENING SHADE: THE WOOD WHO STOLE CHRISTMAS (TV)
Summary
One in this comedy series about Wood Newton, a former pro football star who returns to his rural hometown in Arkansas to coach the high school football team. In this episode, Wood find himself growing tired of his children's supercilious attitude toward Christmas and general materialism. After Ava tells Wood about one of her former clients that is so poor he needs to shoplift to provide gifts for his family, Wood decides to counter his greedy children's attitudes by giving away their presents to the man's family. Meanwhile, Will conducts his own Santa Claus experiment to find out if the jolly old elf truly exists. Also, Harlan tries to come to terms with the fact that he's considered too fat to be a department store Santa while Wood needs to figure out a way to make it snow by Christmas morning. Commercials deleted.
