PRIMETIME GLICK {REBECCA ROMIJN-STAMOS, DAVID DUCHOVNY} (TV)
Summary
One in this talk-show series hosted by the self-assured, yet incompetent, Jiminy Glick, who is played by comedian Martin Short. As this episode begins, a special effects explosion goes wrong, vaulting Glick through the air and on top of band leader Adrien Van Vorhees. A home movie of Glick and his wife Dixie precedes the first interview, with model/actress Rebecca Romijn-Stamos. Romijn-Stamos and Glick reminisce about the first time they met, after which Romijn-Stamos confronts Glick about a dirty video clip she found on the internet. Glick also tries to get his guest to reveal secrets about model Naomi Campbell. Next, a trailer runs for "The North House," a take-off of the NBC hit "The West Wing." Then, in an interview with actor David Duchovny, Glick asks him about his roles in "Working Girl" and "New Year's Day." They talk about getting Robert Downey, Jr. to kick his drug habit, and Glick asks Duchovny about his role in "The X-Files." The interview ends when Glick is forced to take a private phone call. The program concludes after a preview of "LaLaWood Fables: Woody Allen and the Family Affair." Commercials deleted. This program is closed-captioned.
