24 {TWENTY-FOUR}: DAY 1: 2:00PM-3:00PM (TV)
Summary
One in this series about each hour in the day of the life of counterterrorism agent Jack Bauer, told in real time. In this episode, Palmer pays a visit to CTU to talk with Bauer, while Teri and Kim are delivered to a "safe house." Meanwhile, Elizabeth continues her hotel room tryst with unknown assassin Alexis Drazen. Palmer questions Bauer on why he wants to assassinate him, finally realizing that Jack is actually trying to save his life. At the safe house, Kim accidentally discovers that Teri is pregnant by Jack, before Nina arrives to debrief the two women on the day's events. Palmer and Bauer try to figure out who their enemies are; Palmer enlists a former associate of his and Jack's, Robert Ellis in New Orleans. Ellis immediately begins hacking into computers and assisting the two in their hunt. The episode ends with Teri learning about Jack and Nina's affair and with Jack being temporarily reinstated at CTU. Commercials deleted. This program is closed-captioned.
