Summary
One in this comedy series about Carrie Bradshaw, a single Manhattanite who writes a popular sex-advice column for a newspaper while dishing out dating advice and dirt with her three closest friends. In this episode, Bobby Fine, an old friend of Carrie's and a flamboyant lounge singer, is getting married and introduces his future bride to Carrie and her friends. Though they always thought he was gay, Carrie is immediately distracted from such thoughts after being invited to a wedding celebration in the Hamptons. Once there, Samantha is thrown off her game when she encounters a variety of Richard's young, bikini-clad girlfriends. Carrie meets Jack Berger, a writer to whom she's instantly attracted. Charlotte's romance with her new boyfriend hits a snag when he tells her that he can only marry a Jewish woman. Only Miranda's life appears uncomplicated as she puts all attention on her newborn son at the soiree. As the wedding itself approaches, Carrie muses on how the meaning of love is different for everyone.
