Summary
One in this series of dramas about a loving family trying to make a life for themselves on the American frontier in the late-1800s. Based on the "Little House on the Prairie" series of books by Laura Ingalls Wilder. In part one of this two-part episode, scenes of family security and happiness are played against a family tragedy. Julia Sanderson, a widow, learns that she is going to die and seeks the Ingalls' aid in finding a home for her children. Includes commercials.
