Summary
One in this series of live dramas. The play concerns the young Egyptian Queen Cleopatra and the lessons in government she receives from Roman Emperor Julius Caesar. Rulers of mutually hostile lands, they nevertheless find a bond in the art of political and military realism.
Cleopatra becomes the hardened ruler Caesar taught her to be; no longer dependent on the Roman Emperor, she is involved in her own political intrigues. At the program's close, Guthrie McClintic and Anthony Quayle preview the next presentation in the series. Includes commercials. This is a black and white copy of a color program.
