Congratulations from performing unions and from President Johnson are read by Edward G. Robinson. Acts include Armstrong singing "Hello, Dolly!," The Ballet Folklorico of Mexico, Durante and Carroll singing, and a comedy sketch with Rowan and Martin. Armstrong performs "When the Saints Go Marching In," "Mack the Knife," and "Ol' Man Time." Includes commercials.
