Summary
One in this series of comedy adventure programs about the Batman, a crimefighting superhero, and his youthful sidekick Robin. In part one of this two-part episode, arch-criminal the Penguin claims that he has reformed and runs for mayor of Gotham City, and Batman runs against him. Includes commercials.
