
FIRST EASTER RABBIT, THE (TV)
Summary
This special, animated children's program tells the story of the first Easter rabbit. The tale begins with a young girl Glinda, who is taken ill with scarlet fever. A doctor advises Glinda's mother to destroy her daughter's contaminated toys, including Glinda's favorite, a stuffed bunny. The bunny is rescued from the trash heap and brought to life by Calliope, the fairy godmother of discarded toys. The bunny travels to Easter Valley at the North Pole, where it encounters the Evil Zero, who wishes to destroy the beautiful valley. Commercials deleted.
