Summary
Continues from T82:0067. One in this documentary series hosted by Walter Cronkite, which examines outstanding events and personalities of the twentieth century. In part two of this two-part program, a film clip of a survival school at Stead Air Force Base shows soldiers learning basic techniques for survival behind enemy lines. S.L.A. Marshall and Dr. Edgar Schein discuss the need for such training. Schein notes techniques now in use. Following a film clip of a mock interrogation of a prisoner-of-war, Marshall and Schein dispute the value of this exercise.
