Summary
The premiere of this series of dramas about the sleuthing of detective Nick Anderson, who arrests the suspects that attorney John Egan then defends. A trucker is falsely accused of murdering a highway policeman. While Anderson is transferring him to his trial, the arrested trucker escapes and visits his dying brother. However, Anderson catches up to him and brings him in. Anderson asks Egan to defend the trucker. Egan eventually proves that the trucker was exploited and was chasing hijackers when he accidentally ran the policeman off the road. Includes commercials.
