Summary
One in this series of children's programs designed to improve young people's reading skills. The series incorporates live action, animation, and still drawings to illustrate reading techniques. This program deals with the sounds "ee," "ch," and "tion." Highlights include the following: two silouetted faces enunciate words beginning with "ch"; the angry director begs an actress to say the word "reach"; the sounds "ch" and "ee" are profiled in several segments; an animated eel discovers his identity; in a Spider-man segment, the webbed wall-crawler faces the Queen Bee; an animated segment offers a solution to pollution; and a cartoon, accompanied by a rock 'n' roll tune, demonstrates uses of "tion" and while warning viewers that they must combat pollution.
