I DREAM OF JEANNIE: JEANNIE, THE HIP HIPPIE (TV)

Summary

One in this situation comedy series about an astronaut, Tony Nelson, and the beautiful but naive genie who caters to his every whim. In this episode, NASA psychiatrist Dr. Bellows cancels both his own and astronaut Tony Nelson's vacation plans because Mrs. Bellows must find a replacement musical group to perform at a charity bazaar after the Rolling Waves cancel. Jeannie takes it upon herself to assemble a musical group of strangers; she and the group (the Boyce and Hart Group) visit and perform for music producer Phil Spector. Tony's vacation plans are altered when Jeannie insists on taking the group on tour. Songs include "Last Train to Clarksville" and "Out and About." Commercials deleted.
