
ROUTE 66: BLUES FOR THE LEFT FOOT (TV)
Summary
One in this filmed adventure series. In this episode, Tod and Buz attend a funeral. Tod's narration states that it is the funeral of the alcoholic husband of Tod's first love, an actress and dancer named Rosemarie. Tod and Buz later visit the despondent Rosemarie, who has virtually given up on life. With the help of CBS executive Sam Benjamin, they arrange an audition for Rosemarie for a part in a TV show's dance line. Despite stiff competition from younger dancers, her own insecurities, and a malicious former associate, Rosemarie is hired and returns to her life as a dancer. Includes dance sequences. Commercials deleted.
