Summary
This television production of the hit Broadway musical "Ain't Misbehavin'" was recorded live before a studio audience in Burbank, California. The show pays tribute to the music of Thomas "Fats" Waller. The original Broadway cast performs many of Waller's most popular songs. Songs performed include the following: "Ain't Misbehavin'," "Lookin' Good But Feelin' Bad," "'Tain't Nobody's Bizness If I Do," "Honeysuckle Rose," "Squeeze Me," "Handful of Keys," "I've Got a Feelin' I'm Fallin'," "How Ya Baby," "The Jitterbug Waltz," "The Ladies Who Sing with the Band," "Yacht Club Swing," "When the Nylons Bloom Again," "Cash for Your Trash," "Off-Time," "Spreadin' Rhythm Around," "Loungin' at the Waldorf," "The Viper's Drag," "Mean to Me," "Your Feet's Too Big," "That Ain't Right," "Keepin' Out of Mischief Now," "Find Out What They Like," "Fat and Greasy," and "Black and Blue." In the finale, cast members perform the following songs: "I'm Gonna Sit Right Down and Write Myself a Letter," "Two Sleepy People," "I've Got My Fingers Crossed," "I Can't Give You Anything But Love," and "It's a Sin to Tell a Lie." Commercials deleted.
