MILLER LITE {DICK BUTKUS AND BUBBA SMITH} {THE BEST OF THE 1980S}
Summary
In this commercial for Miller Lite, former football stars Dick Butkus and Bubba Smith are shown entering a tavern in evening dress. "Trying to get cultured isn't easy," Butkus explains. "We just went to the opera and we didn't understand a word." He goes on to say that at least they drink a civilized beer that tastes great but is less filling than other beers. He adds that they're going to the ballet tomorrow. "I hope they do it in English," says Smith. Slogan (supered): "Lite Beer from Miller. Everything you always wanted in a beer. And less."
