CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS:
GARBAGE TRUCK {INTERNATIONAL FILM AND TELEVISION
FESTIVAL OF NEW YORK: TV COMMERCIAL WINNERS REEL
1983}

Summary

In this advertisement on behalf of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a man becomes angry at his son for forgetting to take out the garbage. But instead of getting into an argument, the man suggests that they run down the street in pursuit of the garbage truck, which just passed by. After catching up with the truck and disposing of their trash, they share a moment of laughter over the youngster's forgetfulness. "Sometimes the best times don't start out that way," the announcer suggests. "Let love turn them around."
