Summary

In this commercial for New York Lotto, board members of a corporation are shown at a secret meeting. A financial officer starts to discuss the firm's lucrative capitalization plan, but he is interrupted by an accountant, who rushes in to explain that the firm has just been acquired. It turns out that the takeover is being financed by a Lotto winner named Chuck, who works in the corporation's mailroom. Slogan (supered): "New York Lotto. Hey, you never know."
