This episode is broadcast from Miami Beach, Florida. It opens with a dance number from the June Taylor Dancers before Gleason appears along with comedian Milton Berle. They have a discussion and are joined by Jerry Collins, introduced as Berle's agent; the three of them perform a comedy routine. Afterwards the band The 5th Dimension performs "Paper Cup," and a medley including "Up, Up and Away," "Go Where You Wanna Go," and "California Soul." Gleason then introduces comedian George Carlin, who answers letters as his "Congolia Breckenridge" character.
Next, Herman's Hermits perform "There's a Kind of Hush," "I Can Take or Leave Your Loving," and "Where is Love?" from the film "Oliver!" Gleason and Berle reappear and perform a comedy sketch revolving around their "20th Anniversary Special," as both of them had been on television for twenty years. Berle continually upstages Gleason, much to his irritation. The episode ends with a comedy slapstick routine between Gleason and Berle. Includes commercials.
