BROTHERS & SISTERS: TWO PLACES (TV)

Summary

One in this drama series about the California-based Walker family, an adult clan of siblings trying to live up to their parents' lofty expectations after the death of the family patriarch.

In this episode, Tommy continues his affair with Lena as Sarah feels alienated from Cooper and Paige after Joe took principal custody. Kitty meets with old friend and political adviser Isaac Marshall to strategize about her pregnancy. He tells Kitty to marry Robert immediately. Kevin finds out about Scotty's financial problems, then convinces him to move into his apartment while Jason is in Malaysia.

The next morning, Justin is almost caught by Nora and Rebecca as he continues his pain meds addiction. Nora then convinces Isaac and Kitty to let her host the wedding in two days. Elsewhere, Sarah discovers that Paige is in trouble at school after pulling a fire alarm. Across town, Rebecca tells a disgruntled Holly that she's found satisfaction in helping Justin.

Saul helps Nora with preparations for the wedding, indicating he's still furious with Kevin. Nora accompanies Kitty to her first sonogram, at which they learn that the fetus has no heartbeat. As Robert and Travis discuss political meets for the coming weekend, Isaac and Robert clash, with Robert reminding Isaac that he was the man who outted Jason. At home alone, Kitty sobs over her miscarriage and the cancelled wedding at Nora's.

At a bar, Justin shares drugs and kisses with Lena, causing Rebecca to leave them there. Robert is told by Kitty about the miscarriage, just as Sarah realizes that Paige has run away. Joe helps with the search, but Paige goes to Nora's house, where all agree to let her stay. Rebecca leaves the Walker house for Holly's home after telling Justin that he's an addict.

The next day Robert accompanies Kitty to the hospital for a D&C. Meanwhile, Paige tells Joe and Sarah that she doesn't want them to divorce, prompting them to agree to split custody. Isaac bids farewell to Robert, who candidly admits that he doesn't want babies with Kitty, having had two children with his ex-wife. At the Walker home, Kitty asks Nora to stay with her as she can't stop crying after the surgery. Includes commercials.
