This program features the following recordings, among others: The Everly Brothers sing "That's Old Fashioned"; Nathaniel Mayer performs "The Village of Love"; Bobby Vinton croons "Roses Are Red (My Love)"; Sam Cooke sings "Twistin' the Night Away"; The Volumes sing "I Love You"; Don Gardner & Dee Dee Ford sing "I Need Your Loving"; and the Isley Brothers perform "Twist & Shout." The program also includes a news segment about a fire in California, Mickey Dolenz's prison sentence, and Richard Nixon's hospitalization, and a sports segment about the track-and-field Olympic trials and baseball results.
