COURTSHIP OF EDDIE'S FATHER, THE: BULLY FOR YOU (TV)
Summary
One in this comedy series about a widower, Tom Corbett, and his son, Eddie. In this episode, Eddie appears to be afraid to defend himself against a child named Joey who constantly picks on him and hits him. Tom attempts to teach Eddie to defend himself, but Eddie says that he would rather hide from the bully than stay and fight. Tom is concerned about Eddie's apparent fear until he learns that Joey is a girl and his son was just trying to be a gentleman. It turns out that Joey is being raised solely by her father, so Tom asks Mrs. Livingston to help Joey learn to become more ladylike.
