ODD COUPLE, THE: I GOTTA BE ME (TV)
Summary
One in this comedy series about Oscar Madison and Felix Unger, two divorced men who share an apartment in New York City. In this episode, Felix and Oscar's constant arguing is beginning to drive their friends crazy, which is evident when Murray and Miriam walk out of a dinner party Felix organized. Felix blames Oscar, but Oscar feels that it is all Felix's fault that their friends can't stand being with them anymore. Oscar's secretary, Myrna, mentions group therapy sessions she has been going to, and that gets Felix to thinking about attending a session with Oscar. At first Oscar says no, but then changes his mind to please Felix and see what this psychology thing is all about. The doctor feels the only way the men can cure their problem is by role reversal. They follow the doctor's suggestion, and Murray and Miriam come back for dinner to see how Felix and Oscar handle themselves while playing the opposite person. Commercials deleted.
